Cook a 3 to 3 ½ pound pork roast all day in the crock-pot on high. Once roast is cooked, shred the meat and add sauce and simmer. The recipe will fill 16 or more buns.
Sauce:
• 18 oz bottle Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce, hickory flavor
• 2 ½ Tbsp butter
• ½ Cup ketchup
• 1 Tbsp minced onion
• ½ tsp mustard
• ½ tsp oregano
• 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp curry powder
Mix together and pour over shredded pork.
